Hi all,
As my log is increasing (due to contests) I have to change my way of logging QSOs.
Previously, I used to fill "via X9WXY" in the Remark field because I still wrote my QQSL cards by hand. In order to correctly use the QSL manager database, I should write "QSL via X9WXY".
Now, I want to replace the "via" by "QSL via" with the Log Search Replace functionality. And I am told "Nothing Fund".
Is this utility helpfull in my case or do I have to change by hand (gloups!)

Hi Fred. Try using a "wild card" before and after "via " in your search on the remarks field. Like "*via *". Leave a space after via. That should find all the entries you need. Not sure how to do auto replace.

Hi Mike,
This was a very good idea, but...
-All the concerned fields are now filled with "QSL vi".
Where is the "a"? It looks that for Remarks field only, we are limited to 6 caracters.
-The end ("X9WXY" in the example) has desappeared
Fortunatly I back up my log!!!

Any other suggestion?

I'm not sure why the search doesn't find what you want. It does work for me. Sorry.
