Function buttons

I see you can customize the function buttons for text to be added to the remarks section. That is great.
I also use the F11 to bring up QRZ. Could it be programmed to use a Function button to bring up a web page of choice? I would love to be able to bring up the RBN (Reverse Beacon Network) web page which I tend to use every day.
Again, just an idea and maybe there is already a way to accomplish this.
I have been using computer logging for years and have over 50,000 qso in the log and am really impressed with this program and was happy to register.
