Hi Colin,
It would be pretty convenient to have the mouse scroll wheel recognized by WL32 for scrolling up/down in the various windows (primarilly log, but also databases, cluster etc...).
This used to work on an older PC running WInMe, but no longer works on a more recent one running XP familly edition. The scroll wheel still works with all other software on that new PC.
Not critical, just a though

Hi Pascal
I already looked at this possibility, sad to say it just can't be done with my present programming language runtime.

Hi Colin,
Thanks for the feedback. I already though in fact it was not a trivial thing to setup Not critical as I indicated. Keep up the great work & support.

Mouse scroll wheel in WL32
Hi Pascal and Colin,
the mouse whell is working on my PC with Windows XP home without any problem. I can scroll in all windows - if I move the cursor into the window the wheel starts working. I am using a Logitech wheel mouse.

Hi All
Thought you might be interested in this.......
in a previous post I told you about the lack of mouse
scroll ....... but it was working on my old laptop
w xp service pack 1 I have just bought my new laptop and
was able to have win xp service pack 2 on it instead of vista ..
so I copied across winlog and was dissappointed to see the mouse
scroll was not working ........
after some investigating I discovered that many moons ago
I had installed Belkin miniwireless optical mouse on my old laptop .....
so I installed it onto my new laptop and bingo .........
I now have mouse scroll on all pages of winlog....
and using a logitech usb mouse
so I thought maybe this will work on my main computer Dell
bought last year win xp sp2
and bingo again .......... although I am using a cordless
dell mouse the software installation
from belkin has allowed me to mouse scroll in winlog ..........
so if you have any software for your mouse maybe you need to
install it instead of using MS drivers.......
BTW I have copied the belkin files and zipped it to my harddrive 1.14mb
