Hi Colin
Is 3c0e a new dxcc it comes up as PAGALU or should it be EQUATORIAL GUINEA Pagalu is not in my database.

I can't get the database to call 3C0E Annobon I.(195) instead of Pagalu(22). Even though I reasign 3C0E by double-clicking on the callsign, and do the reassignment to Annobon, it still calls it Pagalu with code 195 shown.
Is is me or the program?

I think DXCC wise it is the same. If you look at IOTA it is AF-039 and called Annobón (Pagalu) Island.
The WL32 DXCC database just shows Annobon Isl. (195). (22) is Palau, not Pagalu.
If you search on the mainpage of WL32 for 3C0, you will see Pagalu on the top and Annobon I. in brackets a bit down.
