How to enable Awards Tracking?

How do I enable awards tracking such as DXCC and WAS? These are greyed-out in the Database Menu. Sorry for such a basic question, but the Help section on the website is not available.

Hi
These are normally available with a fresh install, but if not you can generate a blank set (]menu/File/Maintenance/File Maintenance- Create New Ancillary Set )
If you already have QSOs in the Log, you need to run the Log Check Robot to populate the databases (menu/Tools/Log Check Robot)
The help file server was down a short time today -probably maintenance - should be back up and running now.
