I am afraid I just do not understand how to complete a backup. When finished entering my days work from my tower computer in my radio room I want to save everything to a flash-drive ( which I've never used before), could someone please, in chronological order, tell me how to do this.
Then, as I'm severely disabled, (I have a laptop for allowing me to work from my bed, if I'm not well) how do I take the flash-drive and update Winlog32 into my laptop to keep it up to date. ( sort of another backup).
Any help gratefully received. As I have completely forgotten.

My apologies all, I have now found that my older computer running windows 7 does read the help files, whereas my laptop with windows 8 does not.
So with regards to the above, and now able to read about my problem, all has been sorted out.
