Hi Colin,

I gave your instructions a second try tonight and got it all working! Winlog32 and WJSTX talk to each other now. Whopee!

Now to figure out if Winlog32 or WJSTX is the best program to upload my log to LoTW. Any opinions?

Thanks again for your patient help for me.

All the Best,

Good to hear that you have it sorted Carl.

I have not used WSJTX to upload to LoTW, I guess it would depend on if you make any QSO outside of WSJTX e.g. SSB/CW, I didn't know that WSJT had any LoTW integration, personally I prefer JTDX, there is no simple possibility of LoTW with that software

I use Winlog32 of course, the automated process, once set up works really fine, I upload to LoTW every day - or after every logging session depending on which is appropriate, it's a simple one click experience with some additional clicking if you receive confirmations back, this takes me just a few seconds, so no pain at all.

There is some online help setting up with LoTW here (copy/paste the link)....

Hi Colin,

I gave it another try following your instructions and got both Winlog32 and WSJTX logging to work! So thanks again for all your patient help. Now I just have to figure out which program is best to use to submit my log to LoTW. Any suggestions?

Thanks again,
