QRZ Real time upload

Does anyone know if a QRZ paid subscription is required to enable Winlog 32 to complete real time QRZ log uploads?
I have correctly entered the QRZ API key into Winlog settings and ticked QRZ log in Options Real Time upload.
Generating an ADIF full file from within Winlog and then importing into QRZ log works fine, but Real Time upload shows error.
