Rotor Control Window

Post by kiscomd »

Hi Colin,

Would it be possible to include a way to restart the rotor control window without closing and restarting the whole program?
Once in a while, I forget to turn on the physical rotor controller box and the window shows an error. If it is closed it can't be reopened without restarting the whole program.

Thanks for your consideration!

Hi Mike

I wasn't aware of a problem, but if you can let me have further info I will look into it.

First - what is the error reported?

Second, please check that you have the 'debug' option enabled in Menu/File/Maintenance/File Maintenance.

After the next error event, check to see if the error has been reported in the error event log (created by the debug option).

Just to let people know - Colin pointed out to me that clicking on the antenna icon would re-open the rotor control window. I didn't know that. I only knew that it would rotate the antenna to the desired direction if the window was already open.

Thanks Colin!
