Is there any, preferably easy way, that I can export contacts according to power level.
I'd like to see how many countries I've worked using 5 Watts.

The Search Log function can produce the list of QSO you need.
I'll let you decide if this is easy, but don't see much trouble.

Select field 'PWR' and value to find e.g. '5' (if that is how you have set your power in this field?
'Generate' your SQL and 'Execute'
The Search Page can then be exported in ADIF menu/Export/SEARCH/ADIF n.b export the Search results.
This could be imported into a blank log database/log and use the menu/GRAPH/LOG DXCC DISPLAY, or you could use the log check robot to build the DXCC data for this log database.
