CI-V inteface on IC-756

I would like to get some help of connecting my rig ICOM IC756 through the CI-V interface.
When I connect my rig via the COM, it cannot get any infomation from rig (My CI-V interface is function on other program). I am sure that I had set the right Hex address, baud rate, COM port, enable RTS...etc. Also I had press the 'Initialise' once when I change the config. I had already try to change other setting of rig address, baud rate, COM port, enable/disable RTS & DTR, but it still not work.
Does anyone have idea what's it going on & give some suggestions?

Hello Kit

Check the menu in the Icom radio and make sure that CI-V transceive is set to on.
Winlog32 needs this on to get info from Icom radios.
