Setup Rpt

Hi all.

I add a new mode (PSK) in my log.

How can I setup "Rpt OUT and Rpt IN" for automatic fill-in 599 and not 59.

Hello Robert.

At present Winlog32 does not add RST automatically for PSK but I have made a change and in the next release it will recognise PSK with RST.
