comctl32.ocx notfound!?

i had systemcrash and istalled new HD made backup of old situation!! put that one on a laptop and was running with no problems now wanted to put back on the pc with new HD and this is apearing!! do i need to download all disks again and overwrite with the bacup made???? or is ther a quick way to do the Job???????

PROBLEM solved reinstalled all and put back the backup!!!

This file is missing i would think you will have to download the setup program. again then put u backup log in to the new installed version.
