Color coding of spots in band map

Post by F5JSD »

Dear Colin,

Would it vbe possible to use colors for DX spots displauy in the band map (band view) window. Using the same color scheme as in the cluster window would be a great feature

: bold red for brand new
brown/dark red for contacted not confirmed
black for confirmed etc...

Hello,

Yes that would be nice if it's not too much work.

Hi Guys ,

You properly know , but just in case:

Double Click a call sign : Brings the DXCC database up , where you can see all the bands you have worked the prefix, and if it is confirmed or not... If you have worked the actual call sign , it will pop up in the Search Window.

Right Click a call sign : Will give you info about Spotter / time and comments !

I really think we have all the opportunity we need ...

Compared to other log programs, I like the "clean" look of Winlog32 - but, if you really want a "color plate" , I will survive :-)

I am sorry to say that with the Band View cluster display, it is not possible to add the coloured alerts as with the main DXCluster window

I did originally experiment with this but due to the dynamic nature of this display it was not practical.

Hi Colin,

THanks for the response.
No big deal, this was a "nice to have" feature, I can live without it using method indicated by Jorn.
