I get "ERROR 3061" when I start WinLog32 and when I click on the "LOAD" button to change logs. Can anyone help with this please???

Sounds like a problem with a Log database or the .dll control files, try making a new Log database or change to another Log database and when selected and loaded - see if the error disappears ?.
If not try installing Winlog32 again which will replace/add missing control .dlls.
If still no joy, zip and send your log database to me for further investigation.
If you have had a crash during a database write cycle, it can damage the database, these are usually (not always) repairable.
