Try this

Close Winlog32

In Windows file manager:

..\Winlog32\Data folder

Delete file "Cluster.mdb"

Re-install Winlog32 (to replace this file file)

Start WInlog32 and check if Site Manager opens OK now.

RESOLVED
Hi Colin
the first I tryed to replace Cluster.mdb but not resolved at 100% , connected but not see any server cluster on Site manager.
After re-istall a new winlog32 on new path my pc F:\Winlog32 and copied all files on Data folder to old C:\Winlog32\Data.
now is ok. I don't know why is ok now , but working and see all server list in Site Manager :)
