Is there any type of instruction manual I can look at? I am new to this just recently purchased an IC737A. I looked around the menu and nothing seemed to help. I went to help, but it says it's under construction.

New user - don't forget to use the keyboard ENTER key when entering QSOs
There is the new online help section, which is being expanded as time allows (menu/Help/Online or F1), plus there is the standard help files (menu/Help) which covers most subjects.
Hover the mouse cursor over various toolbar icons will inform as to it's function.
There is no printable user manual as such, this would be too large to accomodate everything.
