Runinng the installer inside the destination directory does not sound very good to me.

I never had any problem installing Winlog32.

Did you tried downloading again the setup?

S A V E the file to your computer, T H E N install from the downloaded fie, do not attempt to run the file before downloading.

Oh, and make sure you close Winlog32 before installing.

SOLVED
I' never problem on istallation of winlog32 and in other pc running and istalling perfectly. I've tryed close all program and wait but no start istallation.
The day after , close Avast antivirus and start istallation 6.3.5 and perfect istall ok any problem . :o :o :o
I think my antivirus , or new restart of Windows 7 have removed the problem :?
Now is all ok perfect ,everything works fine without problems, remains a mystery for me to understand what may have happened , it was the first time I had this problem , I always installed WL32 smoothly and easily .

Thanks to all for your help, and thanks to Colin

Thanks for the feedback on this Franco.

Modern operating systems are very sensitive to 'unknown' software, perhaps for good reason, but sometimes this amount of security does get in the way! hi hi

F11 on "SEARCH CALLSIGN" string opens qrz.com home page not the page with the specific callsign searched as it used to.

As far as I know, the lookup function (F11) searches whatever is at the Log Page Callsign field and not the search field.
