I think it would be useful if there was an optional confirmation dialog when editing the data of an allready saved QSO, just like the Delete entry confirmation dialog. It is a little bit "dangerous" to alert the data of a QSO by accident. Maybe a notification when clicking the FIRST,PREVIO...

Sometimes when someone first gives his handle and then the report I am using the mouse to navigate through fields.
