Re: VarAC V7.3.0 Winlog32 support

Hi Thierry Yes, correct, I have added VarAC logging as 'UDP' option, also same option has been tested with Gridtracker too. The option is only available with the current update file (build 47) and onwards. I contacted Irad of VarAC about this, and the option was added to that software, most changes ...

Re: Clublog Realtime upload

hi Thierry In answer to your question, Yes. Menu/Options/Settings/ tab 'Realtime Upload. There you will see a setting for the 'upload prompt', disable it and should be good. I just run some tests, with JTDX<>Winlog32 & realtime upload to Clublog and didn't get any error, although I can see that ...

Re: Country/Band display configuration

Hi Thierry Only the modes in your Custom Modes list (menu/options/settings TAB custom Lists) will be displayed in Country Band Display. If there are modes not of interest or no longer used you can delete them from the Custom List, obviously then you will not get the Worked Confirmed Status of Modes ...

Re: UDP conflict

Sorry I can't hep much, I have never seen or used Grid Tracker, if WSJT is broadcasting via UDP, both programs should be able to listen, but if Gridtracker is also sending data on the same port, then yes - there could be a conflict due to data collisions. I'll get WSJT-X up and running in the coming...

Re: sending log to LoTW

Sorry to hear that you have not got it going, I use it every day so if you want to email me direct with any further details/screenshots,I may be able to help further, the automated feature is very timesaving and convenient.

Re: sending log to LoTW

Presumably you have this problem when you try to sign the exported ADIF? Check that the file path of TQSL is correct in Winlog32 LoTW Manager Options, and you have included the full path and file name. Mine looks like this C:\ham\TrustedQSL\tqsl.exe (yours will be different but you can see what is r...

Re: latest satellite names

Bob, the latest version has the new sat. names, also the sat. names are in an external text file which can easily be edited if any new ones come along, which seems very likely.

Re: latest satellite names

I will look into this and update the sat names in Winlog32 for the next version
Currently, these names are hard-coded into the software, may be better to have an external list that can be end-user updated in these circumstances, as there are likely more sats in the future.
