DX spotting while linked to VE7CC

<t>I have WLNet connected to VE7CC software that is logged into my local node. Since I have switched to VE7CC, when I try to spot using the "spot to cluster" feature, it doesn't work. It always worked when I was connected through telnet. Is there some setting I may have overlooked?<br/> <br/> 73, Jo...

DX spotting while linked to VE7CC

Thanks Colin, no worries.
I only asked here because I received no answer on the VE7CC Yahoo! group.[:(] I thought that my question belonged over there, but gave it a shot here when it went unanswered. I'll try again there...

DX spotting while linked to VE7CC

Thanks for the reply Andy. When you post a spot do you see it come up on the cluster? I have VE7CC working well with Winlog in every other aspect. I'm thinking it's a setting or a filter I have set in VE7CC that I am not aware of.

log frequency from rig

I have a problem with the sub display. Should the sub display show the VFO-B freq from the rig while operating in split mode? It always reads 00.000. I use an FT-920.

Thanks, John K2WLO

log frequency from rig

<t>Thanks for the info Gerald. <br/> <br/> Are you using an FT-920 as well? When I press the VFO A/B button to send my TX freq to the sub VFO it has never changed the read out on the rig control in Winlog. If you are not using an FT-920 and aren't familiar with the rig, the FT-920 has RX and TX butt...

Flag QSL for any NEW

<t>When running the Log Check Robot, would it be possable to make two seperate "Flag QSL for any NEW"? One for DX and one for WAS? I can't use it because it flags all the domestic QSOs I make. I am only interested in sending out QSL for the DX I work. I have to go back and search for the "new ones"....

Flag QSL for any NEW

I don't know why I didn't think of this before, I can run the LCR more than once with different selections. I will start running DXCC with flag for new seperatly from the others to fill my databases.[:I]

Online Callbook

Works great! Now I get grid, county, and state info right away. No more looking up every QSO to fill in remarks!!!

printing to QSL "via buro" or "via direct"

<t>When printing QSL labels I have Auto-Add "via Buro" or "via Direct" to above text checked off, but it never prints it. It would help in sorting my cards when it's time to send them out.<br/> I know I asked this question before but I think my previous post was a victim of house keeping.[:)] I neve...
