Re: error on maps
i had a similar error with my maps. I have comcast for my IP and they had discontinued the Personal web Page service, I signed up with another service and now things are fine! I did have a little problem getting the right address for my web space.

Re: TS-870 CAT control query
Hi Dave, I use Winlog32 6.2.6, and I use RS232 for the interface. As much as I can see of the serial number of my 870, I have it stuck under a shelf and it isn't easy to get out, it is 50900050. Hope this helps, I really like the TS870 but it takes a little getting used to!

Re: TS-870 CAT control query
Hi David, I just tried it on my 870 and it does follow the radio frequency. I had never thought of doing this before but it does work for me.

Just a note, The maps didn't work for me but I did the update and everything is fine now. Most of my trouble is with my internet provider.

Re: off-line help
Hi Colin,
Thanks, just wondering if I had deleted something! On-line help would almost always be more current anyway!

off-line help
When I try to use off-line help I get the message: cannot open the file: Winlog32\winlog32.chm, I checked and this file isn't in my winlog files so of course it won't open! Just wondering if the off-line help has been abandoned. Jake AA1E

LoTW automation
Hello Colin, Hope that you have a great Tan!! I download from winlog all of the time, it works great but it sure would be super for a one key click automation. I have 1.14 installed and sure would like to try the beta.

LoTW automation
Hi Colin, I am having a blast with the Lotw automation! I have downloaded the Tqsl version 2.0 and it is doing well so far with the automation. I think it is going to be a real life saver when I get back to spending a lot of time on the air.
Thanks Colin,
Jake, AA1E

<t>I have downloaded version 5.8.7 and actually haven't had issues at all! I am not a heavy user but I have utilized as many features as I can and I haven't had any issues! In fact I had one little glitch in version 5.8.4, don't know if it was the winlog32 or my own setup but the glitch went away wi...

Winlog32 beta test
<t>Hello Colin, I am running XP3 here and have 5.8.4 installed and so far everything is ok. I did run into one snag on while installing. Not really a problem just that the program installed in C:\ instead of C:\Program Files\,which is what windows 7 op would require anyway, only needed to redirect a...
