Re: CW machine software

Oh, Ok Gerald, I see what you mean. Winlog32 software is not really capable of real-time keying, the software is not multi-threaded, it would never be a reliable way to send CW. Winkey hardware works quite well with Winlog32, I know a couple of guys use it, also myself occasionally. Sorry I can't he...

Re: CW machine software

Hi Gerald I think you mean the "Begali CW Machine" hardware unit, this is a really expensive unit here in the UK (£400), not sure how many would be using it to be honest. Winlog32 does interface with Winkey, which has Key, Keyboard and memory keying interface, To use any API interface its ...

Re: Happy New Year 2022

Thank you for your wishes and comments Andreas

I wish you also a Happy New Year and good DX for 2022.

I will also take this opportunity to wish all Winlog32'ers and visitors a Happy New Year 2022 and I think we will all hope for more stable times coming along soon.

Re: New PC and Winlog32

Hi Keith Yes, I would suspect Office 365 I found that every time MS updates this software - it gets at any .MDB files, although I didn't find it affecting the .LOG files I put a block on 365 updating and it hasn't happened again, although must admit never found it causing that exact problem, 365 see...

Site outage

Sorry, the website is down for DNS change, this may take a day or so, this affects the web pages, downloads and the online help files.

Normal service will be resumed as soon as possible (as they say)

Re: Bandview auto scroll

Gerald

In the Rig Control Window options/settings enable option 'Add Full Frequency to Log"

I think this has been the issue in the new version.

I have sent you an email..

Hi Nico In the Rig Control Window options/settings enable 'Add Full Frequency to Log" I have fixed the issue now, but this option needs to be enabled in the current version. If you do not like this option enabled, then please contact me via email and I can let you have a modified file. 73 Colin...

Re: Copy Country Name to "User" field

Hi Mike

I'll look into this and see if possible.

EDIT:

OK, not too difficult to add this to WSJT-X real-time logging and will be in next version.
Relies on LCR setting 'Add DXCC to User" and will override any other 'Add to User' options.
