Changing Country Name

On earlier versions of WinLog32, changing the name of a country to match the "now" callsigns was easy. You clicked on the country "block" & the window came up for selection. This is no longer the case with V5.5.5 of WinLog.
I noted that clicking on the callsign area comes up with the "change country code?" message. Does changing this "code" accomplish the same thing? I have 50 years of paper logs and many calls/country status need to be changed to be current with todays data. Thanks..Phil K4MPE
