DXCC Upating

I just installed Winlog32 and imported my log file from another logging program. When I run Robobot to check my log, every time it encounters a new country it asks, "G England is a new country, add it to the DCXCC database?" Why is that? I am trying to have the program update my award totals. What don't I understand?
