AUTO-check function

Hi Jasper

I tested on three different installations this evening (on XP and Win95) and do not have this problem the settings are remebered as expected.

When installing the upgrade it's always possible that some settings will be lost from the winlog.ini file due to changes therein, although these options just require re-setting in Winlog32 and should then be stable.

If this is not the case then please let me have directly your operating system and your Windows regional settings, and I will investigate further.

Hello all,

I also installed Ver. 2.0 and I don´t have such problem with the auto-check. I am running WIN98 on a 400 Mhz computer.

Thanks for the info guys, I'll do some checking during the week and see if I can see anything wrong, it would be useful to know if this ONLY happens to certain options and not others

I tried some things to correct the auto-check problem, I don't know if it has worked but if anyone wants to try the fixed? executable, drop me an email and I'll send it as a zipped attachment - I wont send it to everyone as one or two will soon be able to find out if it has worked or not, so I'll only respond to the first two requests and await the result.

I think I have found the answer to this problem.
I will make a 'fix' file available for those who need it shortly.
I will update the installer with the new file and this should be available after the week-end too.
