Search query

Post by g0rdp »

Hi Guys.

The first time I have used search on V1.8 build 2 - I wanted to extract all QSOs on two days ( The Wireless for the Blind) weekend.
the search results extracts the required QSOs 233 of them, but they are mixed with regard to the date/time order. The log entries are perfectly chronological, and I cannot explain the mixed search result.

As in the past am I missing something simple. Also cah the search output list be re-sorted to tru date/Time order?

Regards

Search query

Hi David

If you are using the standard Search query or a plug-in query, you need to add at the end of the SQL query................

ORDER BY DATE, STIME

This should give the required sort order, if the sort order is not defined, you may get QSO's returned in any order.

If not resolved then paste the actual SQL query you are using on the forum and I will explain further.
