PLEASE HELP.
CANNOT USE SOUND RECORDER AS IT IS GRAYED OUT.
ANY SUGGESTIONS PLEASE.

hi
Check that you have the file "rec.wav" in the WInlog32\picsnd folder?
If there is no file of this name then make a copy of one of the other .wav files:-
Right click on K.wav
select and click on copy.
click back on folder and right click.
select and click on paste.
you will now have a copy of K.Wav.
right click on the new file and select and click on rename.
rename file to rec.wav
Shut down WL32 and restart.
Now see if you can open Recorder.
If it does not work then most likey cause is a misssing system file and you will need to re-install.
