Japanese Character

Is it possible to show Japanese characters in Remarks and/or user space?

This is a little outside my knowledge base at the moment, but I am thinking it may not be possible
The text boxes (etc.) in Winlog32 display the ANSI character set not unicode, thus cut n paste a Japanese character to 'Remarks' shows as "?", it is likely that only ANSI is supported but if you have your computer set up with a Japanese code page - what happens then? - I would have thought that characters of the particular code page would be displayed but I may be wrong about it.
I will look into this in due course - but at the moment I am not sure if it can be done - I have no control over the internal conversion of Unicode to ANSI that the Winlog32 run-time makes.
