MAP as a background for Locator data-base

Hi colin

I would like to see a sort of MAP behind my worked grids is this a feature you can implement in the future???

not that there is anything wrong the way it is now but a printed map will give something EXTRA to it all, you will have a better overview whee you mis some grids that is what i mis now and have to draw and color in a map my self

This is something that I would also like to see, but it is not an easy prospect.

I could add map details or a map outline, but it would have to be exact size and more importantly proportions to match the grid, and then you would need a large number to cover all of the fields - I think over 300 maps would be required - are you are volunteering? hi hi

But a simple map of europe africa azia etc would do!! so it will display several major grids like JO IO JN JM etc. maybe look @ the chat page of ON4KST look to the MAP function there www.on4kst.com and enter for example the 50 & 70 Mhz chat to see what i mean !!!

or look into the EA6VQ logging software where a simular thing is there
