New IOTA

Is it possible to add a new IOTA to the database? IOTA EU-191 - Fericirii Island. Now QRV on 20m CW as YP0F.

I will update the IOTA database later, perhaps September/October, this is when I will have the next possibility.
In 2014, there have been several new IOTA entities added and also existing groups have been revised, these will be included in the IOTA database as soon as possible.
