Auto-find TPL directory

Hi Colin,

While regularly downloading the updates using the "File>Latest Updates" window, I though it would be great if WL32 could retrieve the WL32\TPL directory from the Windows registrer instead of proposing the latest directory accessed by another application.

Just a thought...
