Clublog Upload

Post by g4fjk » Thu Jan 04, 2018 9:24 pm

Hi - just joined this forum
How do I limit an upload to Clublog to only those QSOs that are new or have been amended ?
At present, I am doing a File-Export-Clublog, and generating an ADI file with all QSOs.
To reduce unnecessary load on Clublog and reduce upload time, I'd like to only upload those QSOs that are necessary.
Thanks

Hi Tim and Happy New Year,

If you click on a contact and then select export, only the contacts from the selected until the end of the log will be exported.
This way, you have to remember which was the last contact you uploaded. I don't know if there is an automatic procedure for clublog as you can do for LOTW..

Hi Haris,
Yes, that is a good way for new QSOs that have not been uploaded to Clublog before.
But when old QSOs have had their QSL status updated, either from LotW or from paper QSLs, it would be good to update their status on Clublog.
Uploading the complete log does work, but Clublog people do ask that we only upload those QSOs that are necessary.

Hi Tim

I tend to re-upload my complete log every so often, after clearing my current Clublog log, I don't think this is a big issue for CL unless you do it every day, and it is a good way to find out any problems with the entity codes present.
