Logs vs Databases

I have recently started using Winlog32, and have put in all contacts for my current call. However, I have two former call signs, each with more than one location associated with it. They are all for the same DXCC entity, and I want to track DXCC results across all three calls in total. Should I have one database with multiple logs, or multiple logs? In other words, what is the best way to configure my logs and databases to handle all my historical activity and award tracking requirements?
Second question. I put in all contacts for my current call as my current location. This was an error since I had another location in a different grid square under the same call. Should I have different logs for the two locations under my current call, and if so how can I now split the log I have created?
