LoTW signing the file process

Hello,
Not an experienced LoTW user, nor a experienced WIN32 user.. but like the program. I've uploaded a few times to LoTW,
the last time it seemed to work flawlessly. This time, I proceeded to attempt to sign the adif file, the response is
"Data Base invalid argument" Ignore or cancel don't understand.
Any suggestions please?

I've never come across this problem, it may even be coming from TQSL?, if you can send me a screen shot of when this error occurs direct via email attachment, I'll investigate.
