Is there any chance of you being able to link winlog directly to the QRZ.com database?

Wether this is possible, though, i don't know.

I spent some time looking around the QRZ site, but can find no information about linking Logbook software online to their Callsign database.
There is a way to put a call search onto your Web page - this method may be usable in software but chances are it would not be allowed - after all QRZ is a commercial organisation.
Winlog32 does support their QRZ CDRom Callsign database.
