I wkd today DG9... on 18 Mhz and WL32 told me Class 2 VHF only
is it possible to update this things in the PFX Database ???
I belive in most west European Countrys Class 2 = Class 1 now ...

You could update your own prefix database with any new information, but it is better that I do it to the master prefix database, updates are released regularily.
If any DL (or other) can provide the exact licencing information for the DL prefixes I would be grateful and will amend the database accordingly.
Is there anything at all now to distinguise DL/DJ/DK/ etc.?

Hi Colin,
all class 2 prefixes (DB, DC, DD, DG) are allowed to use all HF bands now. There are only 2 exceptions:
DO calls are license class 3 and they are allowed to use VHF/UHF bands with 10 W eirp maximum power.
DN prefixes are for educational purposes. They are given to individuals with class 1 or 2, but class 2 DN calls are not allowed to use the HF bands. Unfortunately I see no way to identify which DN call belongs to class 1 or class 2.
50 MHz usage is allowed to only 3000 individual calls of class 1 and 2, where the majority is in class 1.
