I use Win 7 (64), and dont have any problem.
Try to install WL again ... I always install "as Administrator".
Be sure you have Winlog as this "C:\Winlog"

Go to "Print Qsl" - "Option (?) " and then " Advanced ".

We can get a full working Winlog32 for free , only the Maps is missing.
I find it fair to donate that "very small fee" to get the Maps !

I just updated to ver. 5.1.6 , and got a error message about IOTA on install ... Well I dont use that , so just carried on , and all seems OK ...
Use Windows 7 ... This just in case if there is a bug hidden in IOTA.
