FT1000MP losing rig support
<t>If anyone has exact settings successfully used with an FT1000MP could they please post them. These are the settings in the rig window with polling rate, baud rate, delay value etc. <br/> <br/> I have had this problem with losing rig control for a while, but seems worse recently. It happens very e...

FT1000MP losing rig support
<t>Thanks to Colin and others for comments. The connector is fine- I have had difficulties before with bad connections and this is usually noted by the lack of the flashing 'CAT' on the FT1000MP display. After some experimenting with Colin's suggestions I have found that the slower settings for poll...

FT1000MP losing rig support
<t>Hi John<br/> I found a polling period of 1000 = 1 sec was the best compromise. Any faster and I started to get problems any slower and there was too much lag time. I used the second to highest delay value. Previously I had used faster polling periods of 300 or 500- either of these definitely caus...

Deleting duplicate imported QSOs from log
<t>Hi Colin (or anyone who can help)<br/> <br/> By accident I have imported a set of 535 contest QSOs in duplicate. When I try to delete them using the 'Maintenance/Find Duplicates in Log' nothing happens. The QSOs are all nicely identified in the window when I click on the 'check duplicates' tab. B...

Deleting duplicate imported QSOs from log
Hi Colin
Many thanks for sorting out this problem so efficiently. The duplicates problem is now completely sorted out. Hopefully the update to the 'Find Duplicates' will also help out others who make a silly error when imorting logs.

Winkey problem
<t>Since updating to the latest version (some nice features...) I have a quirky problem with Winkey. I find that it keys only in iambic B mode and not iambic A (which I use) despite being set to iambic A. I can use WKtest or similar and it works fine. So I'm sending lots of unwanted extra trailing d...

Winkey problem
Hi Colin
All OK now, I have iambic A back. Not sure what cured it. I toggled between iambic A and B and tried rebooting etc and eventually it worked. Hopefully a one-off!

Winkey problem
<t>Hi Colin<br/> <br/> UPDATE<br/> <br/> The problem with iambic A/B has kept coming back. I've now worked out what is happening. When I start Winlog32 (and autostart Winkey) although it appears to be in iambic A, it is in fact in iambic B (confirmed by keying). If I then click to iambic B and back ...

Colour in DX cluster alert
<t>Hi Colin<br/> The new update has given me the DX cluster colour alerts for the first time- not sure why this didn't work for me before. This is truly an excellent feature, particularly the ability to pick out both CW and SSB band/mode slots as well as all-time new ones. The only problem I have is...
